Owners of M&M Senior Living, a new and unique 16-bed assisted living facility in Orangevale, are hosting a complimentary Open House on Wednesday evening, July 15, from 4 to 8 p.m.   In addition to its boutique size and welcoming feel, what sets it apart is that one of the business owners is a family physician -- Dr. Mark DeBruin -- who has a medical practice nearby, helps to oversee the facility and stops by on a nearly daily or as-needed basis.

2014 Weekly Challenge #8: Eat your (VEGGIE) Soup!

That's where this soup comes in. Warm and delicious, and versatile enough to enjoy as a snack or a full meal, veggie soup is comfort good that it good for your body.
